Great read if you ride a bike. Unfortunately when I first clicked on the link and read it, I thought it was an excerpt from a book. So when I finished reading it, after having felt truly inspired, there was the slightest bit of let down that there was not more that I could read.

Distracted
Sitting in the library, trying to read my evidence assignment for todays class at 2, and I can’t absorb any of it. I just have so many things on my mind right now, mainly just a few things, but either way I am definitely not able to concentrate right now.

I think I might have worked out a bit too much today. After getting back from church I went on my 28 mile bike ride. I think I actually was under an hour-45 min this time around. Got back to my place, ate, then went to the gym. Jogged a mile to the gym, rode the spink bike for 30 minutes, then lifted weights for about 40 min.Then…went to play soccer with Gali and her school friends....

The weather in LA could not be any worse than it is right now. The weather is so shitty that I can’t go for a bike ride. Got to hang out/have drinks with Gali tonight. I had a really good time. I am not sure why but I felt a bit nervous when I first picked her up and again when we first sat down at Busby’s.
