Talk about a horrible performance. I am honestly wondering if this exam may have been lifted from the CA bar exam. About half the questions involved not plain answers but just code such as:
a.) Rule 14 (a) can be applied
b.) Rule 10b applies
c.) both of the above apply
d.) none of these are applicable to the current case
